The word "religious" needs to be correctly qualified with the word "persuasion." It is a persuasion by men of God who went before us, to lead a life of purity. There are many choices out there in the marketplace of religion, some ostensible and some genuine, each grappling for our attention with their selling points. When one finds a pearl of great worth, he will sell all his gems and buy that pearl. His conscience will dictate it. Nobody can stop him. Even if they did, he is only speeding inside. |
